We are Edmonton’s premiere Yoga and Wellness studio, and we offer a wide variety of Yoga Classes, Workshops, Bodywork Services, and products that will support your wellness and advance your spiritual practice.

Our facility features two large Yoga studios, both with heating capability for a variety of Hot, Warm, and non-heated Yoga, as well as Colour Therapy Lights. We also have a Treatment Room, a client lounge, a Metaphysical Boutique, the Buddha Belly Tea Bar, and two change rooms with a full set of amenities, including lockers and showers.

Our Metaphysical Boutique features a wide variety of products ranging from jewelry, home decor, spiritual supplies, and our own line of Aromatherapy products and Essential Oils. The Buddha Belly Tea Bar is open to clients throughout the day, and our exclusive line of delicious teas are also available for purchase.

Akhanda Yoga is an immersive experience that incorporates many elements of the total yoga practice. Akhanda, meaning ‘wholeness’ in Sanskrit, is a system that works on the body, mind, and spirit of the practitioner. The foundation of Akhanda Yoga are its 8 principles of grounding, uplifting, centering, expanding, breath, joy, and alignment with the higherself. These principles are incorporated into the class styles of Akhanda 1 beginner, Akhanda 2 Intermediate, and Akhanda 3 which includes Akhanda Flow, Hatha Raja, Five Koshas, and Classical Kundalini. Each class also follows a guideline to help with flowing and transitioning through postures and techniques smoothly. The 5 pillars are theme, sound, movement, breathing, and meditation. What you can expect is a unique experience in each class while developing a balanced state of body, mind, and spirit. Each week will be an exploration of the different class styles as we explore the world of Akhanda Yoga.

Join Kat for this fun, uplifting workshop where we will discuss what foods charge us up and which foods deplete us. We will also explore the concept of integrative health – that is health beyond what’s on your plate. Yummy, healthy, snacks will be provided!
