Inspiring the Body to be its Best is the vision for wellness Pat brings to his work as a Therapeutic and Thai Massage Therapist and Teacher. An avid sports enthusiast, he understands the importance of keeping the body finely tuned. Therapeutic Massage inspires tense muscles to recover quickly and restores optimum function. With well over 3000 hours of formal western-style massage training and close to a decade of experience, Pat’s reliable expertise in a wide range of techniques bring back proper functionality and pain free movement to his clients.

In 2011, the quest to become a Yoga Instructor lead Pat to southern India where he lived and studied in an ashram, benefiting mind-body-and-soul from the guidance of many spiritual teachers. This life-changing adventure strengthened his resolve to focus his compassionate healing skills in service to others. Pat’s fascination with Eastern healing practices led him to Thailand as well, where he spent several months studying Ancient Nuad Bo Rarn Traditional Thai Massage. He earned his Registered International Practitioner and Teacher Qualifications in March, 2015 with 450 hours of advanced certification in Chiang Mai.

Pat’s welcoming personal style encourages people to feel comfortable about the many ways massage can be a beneficial choice that produces direct and inspiring results on the path to greater wellbeing.
