Sharleen Heinrichs
Registered Massage Therapist + Reiki  + Craniosacral Therapy

Sharleen has been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2007. Although most of her comprehensive training and experience has been focused on rehabilitation and posture correction, the importance of helping people decrease inflammation became inevitable. She uses a variety of techniques, however has found that a fusion of Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and PNF stretching has been favored over the years. Finding the right combination for each individual client is one of the main reasons being an RMT continues to be a fun and rewarding career for her.

In 2008 she completed her Reiki Master Certification, enhancing her skills as an RMT by helping further her understanding of the Body, Mind and Spirit connection.

In 2011 she went into Craniosacral Therapy to help clients with regular headaches, concussions and PTSD. She learned it provided a lot more therapeutic benefits in addition to these conditions including Chronic Neck and Back pain, Motor-Coordination Impairments, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, TMJ Syndrome, Central Nervous System Disorders, Learning Disabilities and ADD/ADHD.

Sharleen found that while therapeutic massage was a great way to start helping people obtain optimal results with decreasing inflammation among other benefits, •NUTRITION• is a major key for clients to maintain anti inflammatory effects of a massage. Going back to school to get certified in Holistic Nutrition was such a beautiful way of becoming a support system and educator for her clients who desire to delve deeper into their wellness journey.
