HOW TO CHOOSE A CLASS THAT’S RIGHT FOR YOU?
Feel free to chat with any one of our wonderful staff to help you find a class that’s suited for you. Our new student specials give you a chance to try a lot of different classes and teachers. Some people start with a pre-registered beginner course to get the basics, while others dive right in to more challenging flow classes. And some people need a therapeutic or relaxation-based class to start. With over 35 weekly classes, 2 gorgeous studio rooms, and a large staff of highly trained, passionate teachers, you will find classes that you love. Be sure to try a variety of styles and teachers to find what resonates with you and enjoy falling in love with yoga!

What should I bring?
Bare feet, yoga mat, water bottle, comfortable clothes to move, stretch and sweat in.

Do I have to sign up ahead of time?
No, you can just drop in.
How early do I need to arrive?
We recommend 10-15 minutes before but, please arrive no later than 5 minutes before class.
**We will not allow students into the studio once class has started.**
Please Take Responsibility for the Energy You Bring Into This Space
Practice Ahimsa by being gentle in voice, energy, movement, actions, and attitude. This respects those who come to yoga for a safe, healing, sacred environment.
Share the Love, Not the Germs
We are all about sharing, but not when it comes to germs! If you are sick, please stay home.
Please be mindful that all odours are amplified in the hot room (perfume, body odour, cigarettes, etc.).
Please wear deodorant and regularly wash your yoga mat, clothes, and yourself.
In case of allergies, please do not wear perfumes to class.
Quiet Please– This Is a No Talk Zone
Once you enter the studio, it’s time to turn inwards. Please respect the quiet and sacred space and do not talk or whisper inside the studios. Please unravel your mat and set up props quietly.
To maximize space, line up your mat with the others and please do not step on other people’s mats.
Late comers will not be permitted to enter the room- no exceptions.
We recommend arriving 15 minutes before class to sign in and give yourself time to lay out your mat, gather props, and bring your breath to an even and steady pace.
Cell Phones and Personal Items
Yoga equipment and water bottles are the only things permitted in the studios.
Cell phones, purses, bags, jackets, shoes, clothing, and food are not permitted. There are lockers to be used at your own discretion.
Reservation and Sign in
Signing in at the front desk is required before every class (this includes back-to-back classes).
If you want a guaranteed spot, it is best to reserve online before class. Otherwise, reserve upon arriving- pending availability.
Come to class well hydrated. Bring water into class and avoid caffeine before class.
Eat lightly 2-3 hours before your practice and remember to drink water after class.
Adding electrolytes can also be beneficial. We have these in our boutique.
All For One
We are a team: we start and finish class together. Please arrive on time and stay for the whole class, including the final savasana (unless there is a medical emergency).
Savasana is the most important part of our yoga practice. It allows us to reap the benefits of our physical endeavors and enables us to bring yoga from asana into self-awareness through meditation.
Respect Your Teacher
While we encourage modifications, please respect the teacher’s sequence save your self practice for home.
