Through my own personal story of healing childhood trauma and navigating a spiritual awakening. I felt called to develop my own holistic healing abilities and have been a practitioner ever since 2010. I became hooked on Reiki once I realized how much it was helping me on my healing journey. It improved all areas of my life: physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. It also helped me to relax, ground and slow my ever-going mind. I began to look at the world through a new lense. Reiki commenced my shift to higher consciousness. Reiki opened up so many doors for healing, learning and growing on my journey. Throughout my experience and through many trials and tribulations, I discovered a new passion for using my life experience to benefit others and felt called to become a Reiki Master Teacher in order to serve others in their own unique path to wholeness.

Reiki Master, Massage Therapist, CranioSacral Therapist, Holistic Nutrition.
I have been a Registered Massage Therapist since 2007. Although most of my comprehensive training and experience has been focused on rehabilitation and posture correction, the importance of helping people decrease inflammation became inevitable. I use a variety of techniques, however have found that a fusion of Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release, and PNF stretching has been favoured over the years. Finding the right combination for each individual client is one of the main reasons being an RMT continues to be a fun and rewarding career.
In 2008 I completed my Reiki Master Certification, enhancing my skills as an RMT by helping further my understanding of the Body, Mind and Spirit connection.
In 2011 I went into Craniosacral Therapy to help clients with regular headaches, concussions and PTSD. I learned it provided a lot more therapeutic benefits in addition to these conditions including Chronic Neck and Back pain, Motor-Coordination Impairments, Chronic Fatigue, Fibromyalgia, TMJ Syndrome, Central Nervous System Disorders, Learning Disabilities and ADD/ADHD.
While therapeutic massage was a great way to start helping people obtain optimal results with decreasing inflammation among other benefits, •NUTRITION• is a major key for clients to maintain anti inflammatory effects of a massage. Going back to school to get certified in Holistic Nutrition was such a beautiful way of becoming a support system and educator for clients who desire to delve deeper into their wellness journey.
